- Before the shipping, please allow us 1-3 business days for processing your order(Public Holidays/ Weekends excluded), the timing depends on the actual situation.

Warehouse Delivery
- We have two warehouses, China Mainland Warehouse & Belgium Oversea Warehouse. Belgium's overseas warehouse is mainly for customers in Europe, it has an absolute time efficiency advantage in transportation.
- Our suitcases will be picked up from the warehouse closest to your address, which greatly reduces the shipping time and allows you to receive your suitcase as soon as possible.

Shipping to Freight Forwarders or Other Non-Residentials Addresses

This means that Airwheelfactory is not able to provide a replacement of, or refund for, any such goods delivered to a freight forwarder or non-residential address. You should instruct freight forwarders to refuse goods that arrive damaged, and goods lost after being received by a freight forwarder or at a non-residential address will be your responsibility.

- If you do not live in a secure location please be wise about the shipping method you chose as standard mail couriers will not require a signature and packages will be left and any "secure" location deems fit to the mail carrier.
