Order Processing

  • Before the shipping, please allow us 1-3 business days for processing your order(Public Holidays/ Weekends excluded), the timing depends on the actual situation.
  • Processing time may be delayed if your shipping address is questionable and your order is flagged as a risk (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information). We may require proof of identification for the billing information received.

Warehouse Delivery

  • We have two warehouses, China Mainland Warehouse & Belgium Oversea Warehouse. Belgium's overseas warehouse is mainly for customers in Europe, it has an absolute time efficiency advantage in transportation.
  • Our suitcases will be picked up from the warehouse closest to your address, which greatly reduces the shipping time and allows you to receive your suitcase as soon as possible.

Shipping Details

  • You will receive the first email notification of the shipping details once the parcel has been shipped.
  • The tracking number will be sent out to your email 1-7 working days after you received the first notification email.

Shipping to Freight Forwarders or Other Non-Residentials Addresses

If you use a freight forwarder or ship to a non-residential address (such as a hotel): is not responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods after they're delivered. This means that Airwheelfactory is not able to provide a replacement of, or refund for, any such goods delivered to a freight forwarder or non-residential address. You should instruct freight forwarders to refuse goods that arrive damaged, and goods lost after being received by a freight forwarder or at a non-residential address will be your responsibility.

    Order Tracking

    • We recommend that you register an account on our website to keep track of your order.
    • Parcel Tracking Site (It usually delays 1 - 3 days to sync the tracking information before uploading to the internet.)


      • If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us within five hours of submitting your order. 
      • If you do not live in a secure location please be wise about the shipping method you chose as standard mail couriers will not require a signature and packages will be left and any "secure" location deems fit to the mail carrier.
      • We are not responsible for the incorrect address filled in by the customer. Please note that the address could not be modified if the item has already shipped.
      • A restocking fee will be charged if you do not claim your item and it is returned. The charge will be 10% of the total charge per item.

      Taxes and Duties

      Please note: Our shipping services are tax-inclusive, generally, you no longer need to pay additional duties. But sometimes, when the delivery method is commercial express, the package may face customs clearance or other unexpected risks. In this special case, the customer is required to assist in customs clearance.
